Well done to Fiona O'neil, now "Sempai O'neil who recently passed her Shodan grading at the AKKA annual autum camp. Also passing were Bill O'neil to 3rd kyu and Connor O'neil, to 1st Kyu. with many students participating, raising the bar from the last few years which is a good sign of things to come.

The introduction of the Fitness & Beep tesy was a good module to add to the grading as many students seem to have been working on their fitness since last year and the Beep test results certainly showed it. well done
